# Topics covered

## 5 fundamental skills

1. Thinking
2. Frameworks
3. Checkpoints
4. Debugging
5. Context
### 1. Thinking
- Start by writing a [[Product Requirement Document]] describing the solution you want to come up to
use AI to discuss and help come up with a PRD
ask it to add what you want
ask it to remove what you do not want
think MVP first. focus. focus. focus
### 2. Frameworks
- Put up the Framework or packages you want to use. If unknown, query to get suggestions on the type of product you try to implement
### 3. Checkpoints
- insert Checkpoints, version control software.
### 4. Debugging
- Methodical Debugging. Use AI to try to come up with a solution
### 5. Context
- Provide context, as complete as possible
	- Detailed Prompts
	- PRD (Product Requirements Document)
	- Mockups
	- Additional Data
	- Details about the app
	- Details about the environment
	- Details about my preferences
	- Details about errors and analysis about the errors

## When developing

you'll find yourself in two modes only:
1. Implementing New Feature
2. Debugging

### 1. Implementing New Features
- provide relevant context
- mention frameworks
- provide documentations with explicit details
- make incremental changes
- doing the checkpoints
- version control
### 2. Debugging
- figure out how things work
- how to get it unstuck from LLM
- provide as much information as you can
	- send screenshots
## Advanced tips

Provide rules in rules files
- limit code change to a minimum
- rate limit all API end points
- enable captcha
- enable sign up pages
# Tools
## Base Tooling

- git
- github
- chatgpt
- online: replit
- cursor
- local: windsurf and cascade
## Example Stack

- chatgpt for thinking
- replit for development and debugging
