Hello Arnaud,

I can confirm that the Security by Design project has indeed been allocated to another partner.

Your proposal was seriously considered, but in the final assessment another party was better aligned with the expected approach, level of detail and delivery model for this specific assignment.

In terms of feedback, the main point is that we were looking for a very concrete and structured delivery approach, with a clear view on the different phases, expected outputs, governance, roles and practical execution. Your positioning was relevant, but compared to the selected proposal, we felt there was still room to make the methodology and delivery steps more explicit and operational.

That being said, Keyes remains an important IT partner for Partena, and we certainly keep the door open for future collaboration in this area. If additional support is needed in the context of our infrastructure or related security initiatives, we will not hesitate to reach out.
